traditional insight meditation, we will explore how mindfulness is not only about developing strategies for momentary calmness but also a powerful tool for developing transformative and enduring insight into the true nature of the heart/mind and all phenomena in a way that can bring an end to the underlying causes of mental suffering.
This course is designed to help you understand the practice of insight meditation and reconnect with your true nature through a series of insightful and experiential modules, each focusing on a unique aspect of mindfulness and natural awareness. Over the 6 modules you can avail of recorded sessions, guided meditations and materials that show how we can develop
insight into aspects of life such as impermanence, self, the causes of mental suffering and our true
nature by practicing mindfulness and observing and learning from the natural world.
